I remember some NYC public access programming greatness, but Concrete TV is completely new to me. After watching that whole video, I still can't tell if it is celebrating or condemning Humanity. If there is a more ultimate art form, lay it on me!

Well there's a full nine hours available, if you buy the "Humongous Collection". I got it for Matt a couple years ago for Xmas.

Too Far to Care by Old 97s. I was just out of college and reverse commuting out to CT for my first job. The only one of my co-workers making the same trip was an Old 97s fan, and she lent me the CD.

Batman & Robin soundtrack. I was the summer before my sophomore year. Met a girl on vacation and that was playing when we would "hang out" at night.

Tracks 1, 2 & 6 I seem to remember the most (Pumpkins, Bone Thugs, Jewel). I remember the Pumpkins song having a a certain vibe to it. However, like you alluded to, I was also 15 and horny, so I am pretty sure "Polka, Polka, Polka" by Gus Wolinski and the Kenosha Kickers would have had a "vibe" to it.

I'm an REM casual, so I only remember Daysleeper, but it feels like there would be worse albums to associate with the birth of a child.

As for the 26 thing, that would mean we're both old--I'm not buying it.

1997: Tubthumping on the radio 3x as I try McDonald's *Chicken Selects* for the first time before being thoroughly disappointed by Home Alone 3 in the movie theater, which featured Tubthumping in the tv spots (one of the few things the anti-corporate Chumbawumba approved to feature the song in)

If ANYONE got knocked down and got back up again, it was Daniel Stern and Joe Pesci. Seems unfair.
